Game Overview
Players spend much of the game planting Evidence Cards on each
other -- things like where people were seen yesterday, what they look
like, and when they were unnaccounted for. Your goal is to change the
case facts so that the evidence on everyone else is incriminating, while
the evidence on you is not. For example, if the case fact says the thief
is believed to own bizarre footwear, you want to be sure that the Inflatable
Rodeo Clown Shoes card ends up on someone else.
Cards are played by having credible witnesses back up your story -- people
from around town like the Pool Guy, the Head Librarian, and the Human
Cannonball. However, their credibility can change during the game
too, and players must make sure they have good allies at all times.
